Our Story
About Sofia's Lounge
Sofia's Lounge is a family-run Lebanese kitchen, bringing bold, fresh Levantine street food to two corners of Edinburgh — Fountainbridge and Corstorphine. It starts with mezze made the way it's always been made: hommus blended fresh to order, falafel formed and fried in-house, saj bread baked to order.
From there, the coals take over — chargrilled kafta, shish tawouk and lamb chops, alongside slow-turned rotisserie chicken and a full board of sharing platters built for the middle of the table. Desserts lean into the same generous spirit: kunafa and baklawa alongside a sticky toffee pudding, a small nod to home.
The wine list follows the same lead, built around the Bekaa Valley — Ksara, Massaya and Domaine des Tourelles — alongside arak, a proper cocktail list and a considered pick of wines from further afield.
